As Trio Shirt, we have a production capacity of 50.000 shirts per month and 600.000 pieces of classic shirts per year. We manufacture shirts for shirt supply companies of many countries such as the USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Iceland, Sweden, UEA.

Wholesale Classic Shirt Production Processes
Our customers request production by sending us to work on their shirt designs. The good news is that by choosing from the classic shirt collections prepared by the Trio Shirt design team, it is also possible to produce in determined dimensions.
Before preparing a collection, we examine the design drawings for fabric research on the desired themes and determine the quality of the fabric in line with the customer's wishes.
After customer needs and demands are thoroughly clarified, fabric swatches from fabric manufacturers in Turkey are provided. These color charts are sent to the customer in order to predict how the shirt texture will be at the end of the production.
When the production process begins, we make one proto-sample from each model. Then, by presenting these samples to the customer; We continue our work with the necessary arrangements and changes in line with their criticism, feedback and requests, if any.

After getting the approval from the customer about the classic shirt prototypes, the wholesale production process begins. When all the necessary steps are completed for the collection creation the end products are sent to the customer.
If the fabric to be used in the production of classic shirts is already available in our factory, we can produce at least 100 pieces per color for a model with a total of 1,000 pieces.
If the fabric to be used in production is to be supplied specifically to the customer, 300 pieces per color are produced for each model, with a total of at least 1,000 pieces.

Our Wholesale Classic Shirt Shipping Process
During the ordering process, we inform our customers about the ways in which we can deliver the products. The wholesale price to be given may also vary, depending on the transport preferences of our customers.
If our customers do not submit an extra request, we send the shirts we produce by road. If shipping is to be made between continents, the ship transportation method is also preferred. If requested, we can also use the airline transportation method for shipping products.

FCA (Free Carrier)
FCA, i.e. delivery to the buyer, refers to delivery to the buyers address in Turkey by Trio Gömlek.
FOB (Free on Board)
Free on board, i.e. delivery on board, refers to the transportation of the classic shirts produced by loading on the sea vehicle. In this method, responsibility and costs such as insurance belong to the importer company, namely to the customer.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight)
CIF, i.e. cost, freight and insurance paid delivery, refers to covering all the costs of transportation and insurance until the agreed upon delivery stage in the country of the importer.
EXW (Ex Works)
Ex Works, i.e. delivery on exporters workplace, refers to delivery on the factories of Trio Gömlek while all the risks and costs are covered by the customer.
CPT (Carriage Paid To)
CPT, i.e. transportation cost paid delivery, refers to delivery where the transportation cost is covered by Trio Gömlek and the other costs such as insurance is covered by the customer.
CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To)
CIP, i.e. transportation and insurance cost paid delivery, refers to delivery where transportation and insurance cost is covered by Trio Gömlek and delivered to the address agreed upon the contract.
DAT (Delivered at Terminal)
DAT, i.e. delivery at terminal, refers to delivery where all the cost is covered by Trio Gömlek and the shirts are delivered to a terminal or port in the buyer's country.
DAP (Delivered at Place)
DAP, i.e. delivery at specified address, refers to delivery where the shirts are delivered to the address specified in the contract and covering all the costs except taxes.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
DDP, i.e. custom taxes paid delivery, refers to delivery where the classic shirts are delivered to an address in the contract and custom taxes paid.
FAS (Free Alongside Ship)
FAS, i.e. delivery at the ship side, refers to the delivery where the shirts are delivered to a loading zone for loading into a ship later.
CFR (Cost and Freight)
CFR, i.e. cost and freight paid delivery, refers to delivery where the shirts are delivered by a sea vessel where it’s cost is covered by Trio Gömlek and the insurance and other costs are covered by the customer.
